Alina is a global economic development entrepreneur, with emphasis in real estate and Proptech. She offers solutions for Proptech platforms implementation in different real estate sector verticals. Her services extend to business development (global scale ups), marketing, real estate transactions practice and investments. Alina is also an established global industry speaker, lecturer and advocate.  Throughout her career, she prides herself in connecting the private, government and non-governmental sectors, with SDG 17 and ESG principles in mind.  Alina has a background in journalism and economic research and holds a PhD in Economics with emphasis in globalization.

• Silicon Valley Proptech Association is a global collaboration space for all the private, public and non-governmental stakeholders in technology property, with emphasis on educational, networking and business opportunities -President/Founder.

• 2023 NAR (National Association of Realtors) Global Coordinator for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa – overseeing and coordinating relationships with bilateral real estate partners in 22 countries, promoting and facilitating educational, PropTech and business and investment exchange programs. This is honorary diplomatic position for the real estate industry, 2021- to present.
